    Choose from our individual programs designed to meet your goals. All you need to know is what you want to accomplish!
  • Upper Body
    Learn the exercises to define & strengthen your arms, back, chest and shoulders.
  • Lower Body & Abs
    Learn the leg exercises to tone and firm your lower body, along with the abdominal exercises to help redefine your stomach.
  • Express Circuit
    During this time our group fitness coach will be available in the 30 Minute Circuit area to guide you through our Express workout.
